Round image corners or crop a circle
A radius slider for soft corners, or one switch for a perfect circle. The corners come out transparent.
How to round image corners or crop a circle
- Drop an image in the zone above.
- Drag the radius slider, or flip on Circle for a round avatar. Circle crops to a centred square first.
- Download as PNG or WebP to keep the transparent corners.
About rounding corners here
The corners are cut with real transparency, not painted white, so the result sits cleanly on any background. Circle mode crops to a centred square before rounding, which is exactly what avatar slots expect.
Export as PNG or WebP to keep the transparency. JPG has no alpha channel, so the corners turn white there.
